Tracy Fernandes
Tracy Fernandes is a senior physiotherapist who holds a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bengaluru along with an accreditation from the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru.
She has been involved with the Indian Women's Cricket Team and under her tenure from 2015 to 2022 as Principal Physiotherapist, she helped the team play two ICC World Cup finals in 2017 and 2020. Tracy has previously worked with the Goa Cricket Association in 2009 to help First Class cricketers with pre participation evaluation, screenings, and with injury management and prevention.
After her fulfilling stint with the Indian Team, she moved back to her hometown in 2022 to help local patients and athletes from other sports along with cricketers.
Obsessed with cricket in the 90s, she was inspired by Dr. Ali Irani to be a part of the sport and help athletes manage their wellbeing and perform their best. Her career as physiotherapist started when
Her approach to physiotherapy stems from years of experience in athletic rehabilitation with an aim to make the patient confident and resilient so they are able feel and move well in order to lead a pain free lifestyle.
Naresh Ramadoss
Naresh Ramadoss is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (USA) with a Masters in Performance Coaching from Setanta College, Ireland.
With his certifications and experience, Naresh has worked up from the Tamil Nadu junior teams to coaching the Assam State Ranji Trophy team in 2017. This led him to work at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore and eventually be deputed with job of the Indian Women's Cricket Team's S&C coach till 2021. In 2023, he landed the opportunity to work as a Strength and Conditioning coach for the Indian Premier League winning franchise, Gujarat Titans.
Having played professional cricket for Tamil Nadu, he has dealt with several injuries leading to his cricket career being cut short. High performance coaching came as a natural progression to him out of dedication to his sport and fitness. After going through several surgeries, he saw an opportunity to learn more about injury rehabilitation with first hand
He believes in athletes getting the right advice with accelerated rehabilitation as time is of the essence in sporting careers. He wants to help the general public get over their fears of movement and encourage them to move more as his core belief is "movement is medicine".
With years of practical and theoretical experience, his goal is to make athletes and non athletes optimise their body to the highest possible level and perform their best in sports and their overall lifestyle.
Harish Medhekar
Harish Medhekar is a Strength and Conditioning coach with Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association. As a State level football player, he gained an interest in coaching as a career to stay close to sports and fitness.
He believes in providing his clients with sustainable wellness so they are able to live their longest and healthiest life.
Harish was provided with the opportunity to train grassroots level footballers and general public in Mumbai and intern at a physiotherapy clinic which made him start off as a professional S&C coach. He has coached National and State level athletes in the fields of hockey, football and track & field in Mumbai since 2018.
Every day is a learning opportunity for him and he is highly motivated to make the individual reach their desired goal. With the motto of making the client perform their best functionally, he trains them according to their goals with an aim to develop a healthy attitude along with a healthy body.
Tanishka Khataokar
Tanishka Khataokar is an international equestrian athlete with 12 years of riding experience. She has represented India up to 145 Grand Prix level in a CSI 2* event in 2021 governed by the FEI. Tanishka has placed 13th in the CSI 2* -World Cup Qualifiers for Show jumping and 18th in the 140 accumulator in 2020 at Nemzeti Lovarda, Budapest after participating in various championships across India and the United Kingdom for Show jumping. Along with show jumping, she has won the FEI world dressage challenge in 2015 and placed second in Zone 8( Indonsesia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand)
Starting out as a Rope Malkhamb athlete and Rhythmic Gymnast, she decided to build a career in Equestrian athletics at the age of 10. Tanishka has always been interested in human and equine biomechanics and is currently pursuing her certification of a Level 1 ASCA coach. Her intention with the course is to learn about other athletes and design appropriate programs along with rider specific programs to make athletes and general population function better.
Tanishka's aim is to create programs which help people move their body according to their goals and optimise the specific aspects of their performance. After learning the body's demands from being an athlete herself, she wants to make individuals feel safe, strong and confident with movement.
